How long does it take to receive my order?
ACTIVE Plus PRO will ship within 48 hours by Federal Express (FedEx) or United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipments are made via Standard Ground deliveries. Rates and delivery methods can be viewed in your shopping cart.

What is your return policy?
If after following our daily dosage recommendations, you find you are not 100% satisfied with your results, simply attain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing our Customer Service Department (CSD) at customerservice@avidaco.com. Our Customer Service Department will provide you with return shipping instructions. To qualify for a refund, we must receive the unused portion of your product in the original container, within 30 days of your original order shipment.

How do I prepare ACTIVE Plus PRO and how much do I take?
ACTIVE Plus PRO is designed as an easy-to-mix powder. For best results: mix the recommended label dosage in 8 to 10 fl. oz. of cold water or juice. 1 scoop is generally considered a normal daily “mobility” dose. However, the daily “performance” dose of 2 scoops can be taken when under intensive training regimes or if severe pain/inflammation exists. Avoid rapid shaking of the mixture with a closed lid as the product's effervescent properties may create rapid expansion (similar to shaking a soda pop).

What is the shelf life of ACTIVE Plus PRO?
ACTIVE Plus PRO has a shelf life of two years when stored at room temperature. A slight change in color happens naturally as a result of exposure to light. Moisture in containers may cause formulas to have a clumpy effect, which will not reduce its efficacy.

Your overall health is a primary concern and we take every precaution to insure that our product meets the highest quality of safety possible. ACTIVE Plus PRO typically produce no side effects. However, any change in the supplementation to your existing diet can cause temporary GI symptoms, such as diarrhea.

No. Nutritional supplements are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Federal law does require this statement in connection with any claims made on a dietary supplement.
