How do I order ACTIVE IM?
ACTIVE IM can be ordered online through our secure server. Simply click on the product, insert the quantity, add it to your Shopping Cart and follow the checkout instructions.

Can I find ACTIVE IM in retail stores?  
While our primary method of delivering a quality product to our customers is through our online website, we continue to explore regional and national retail partnerships to better meet the demand for ACTIVE IM. How long does it take to receive my order?  
Product will ship within 48 hours by Federal Express (FedEx), United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS (United Parcel Service) or SurePost® (UPS affiliate) from our distribution center in Phoenix, AZ. All shipments are made via Standard Ground deliveries.

What is your return policy?
If, after following our daily serving recommendations, you find you are not 100% satisfied with your results, simply obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing our Customer Service Department (CSD) at customerservice@avidaco.com. Our Customer Service Department will provide you with return shipping instructions. To qualify for a refund, we must receive the unused portion of your product in its original container, within 30 days of your original order shipment.

How do I prepare ACTIVE IM?
ACTIVE IM is formulated as easy-to-mix powder. For best results: use the label recommended serving size of 1 scoop to a minimum of 8 fl. oz. of water or juice daily and mix well. Best when consumed prior to eating, first thing in the morning or on any empty stomach. Food consumption may follow immediately. Use only as directed.

Could ACTIVE IM create a problem with my other medications?  
If you have any questions about their suitability for your use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or if you have a history of heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, or any other medical condition we suggest consulting with your doctor or healthcare practitioner before using any of our products.

What is the shelf life for ACTIVE IM?
ACTIVE IM has a shelf life of three years when stored at room temperature and resealed after each daily use. A slight change in color may occur naturally as a result of exposure to light. Moisture in container may cause formula to have a clumping effect, however this will not reduce its efficacy.

What, if any, side effects may be associated to ACTIVE IM?  
Your overall health is our primary concern. We have taken every reasonable precaution to ensure that ACTIVE IM meets the highest quality of safety. It is possible that a change in the supplementation to your existing diet may cause temporary gastrointestinal symptoms, such as diarrhea. If you experience any unusual problems, discontinue use immediately and talk to your doctor. It is recommended that before you begin consuming any product, consult with your doctor or medical provider if you are pregnant, nursing or have any pre-existing medical concerns, including but not limited to diabetes or heart conditions.


ALLERGEN STATEMENT: ACTIVE IM CONTAINS GLUCOSAMINE THAT IS DERIVED FROM SHELLFISH.

Is ACTIVE IM approved by the FDA?
No. The Food and Drug Administration does not pre-approve dietary supplements. Instead, Federal law requires this statement in connection with any claims made on a dietary supplement: “This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”
